Carlos Flores ("Mr. Flores") seeks certiorari review of the trial court's order granting Vanessa Sanchez's ("the Mother") ore tenus motion to compel Mr. Flores to submit to paternity testing. Because Mr. Flores has demonstrated that he will suffer "irreparable harm" if the order stands and that the order departs from the essential requirements of law, we grant the petition, quash the order under review, and remand for further proceedings consistent...
