Michael Fernandez appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. His motion raised six grounds for relief. We reverse and remand for further proceedings on grounds one and two, and we affirm without comment the remaining four grounds.
