BADGLEY v. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.

No. 5D13-2500.

134 So.3d 559 (2014)

Amy BADGLEY a/k/a Amy-Jo Badgley, Individually, Appellants, v. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., et al., Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

March 14, 2014.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Kelley A. Bosecker , St. Petersburg, for Appellants.

Nancy M. Wallace , Tallahassee, and William P. Heller and Tracy T. Segal , of Akerman Senterfitt, Fort Lauderdale, for Appellees.

The law is to the contrary. See, e.g., LatAm Investments, LLC v. Holland & Knight...
