Roberts seeks review of an order sanctioning him for breaching a confidentiality order by requiring him to pay $23,403.70 to Gulf Coast Orthopedic Center — Alfred O. Bonati, M.D., P.A. (Gulf Coast Orthopedic). While Roberts' conduct violated the confidentiality order, we reverse because the trial court did not make a finding that the violation was intentional.
