Luis Montes-Valeton ("the defendant") appeals his conviction and sentence for driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury. Specifically, the defendant challenges (1) the admission of the results of a blood alcohol test performed on blood samples obtained from him at the scene of a single-vehicle accident that resulted in the death of a passenger in the vehicle being driven by the defendant, and (2) the admission of autopsy photographs...
