Alexeis Ramayo appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence following a jury trial. He was convicted of sexually molesting his three-year-old niece, S.N.R., in the absence of any physical evidence and in the absence of any eyewitness testimony (other than the child's videotaped interview).
