Appellant, Scherry Jenkins, appeals and appellee, Plaza 3000, Inc., cross-appeals a final judgment entered for Plaza. Plaza sought a judgment and to foreclose a lien for unpaid maintenance assessments. Appellant had counterclaimed against Plaza alleging multiple causes of action, which counterclaim was dismissed by the trial court for failure to state a cause of action.
