Bridlewood Group Home appeals a final order of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) revoking Bridlewood's license to operate. The APD sought revocation after a Bridlewood employee sexually battered a patient. The administrative law judge (ALJ) recommended that no action be taken against Bridlewood because the allegations concerning negligent supervision were not proven.
