Hector Ramirez ("Defendant") appeals his convictions and sixty-year sentence for sexual battery on a person older than twelve but less than eighteen years of age by a person in familial or custodial authority. The victim in this case was Defendant's step-daughter. Defendant argues that four rulings of the trial court constitute error. We conclude that none of the challenged rulings constitute an abuse of discretion. See Canakaris v. Canakaris,
