Appellee, Michael Mildenberger ("Mildenberger") moves to dismiss the appeal filed by Appellant, Ammy Kogan ("Kogan"). Mildenberger contends that the order on appeal is a non-final, non-appealable order and that this Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain this appeal. We agree.
