ALTENBERND, Judge.

Charles Lee appeals his sentence for attempted first-degree murder, which was imposed on resentencing following the United States Supreme Court's decision in Graham v. Florida, 560 U.S. 48, 130 S.Ct. 2011, 176 L.Ed.2d 825 (2010). On resentencing, the trial court sentenced Mr. Lee to forty years' incarceration with a twenty-five-year minimum mandatory term. We affirm.
