In this non-final appeal Karletta Talton seeks review of the denial of her motion to quash service of process because the trial court failed to hold an evidentiary hearing. Because Talton filed an affidavit attesting that she did not receive service of process, the trial court was required to conduct an evidentiary hearing on her motion to quash. We reverse.
