This is an appeal from a non-final order denying Appellant's motion for relief from judgment. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.130(a)(5). The lawsuit giving rise to the instant controversy was dismissed pursuant to a joint stipulation for voluntary dismissal with prejudice.
