James Franklin Longwell, IV, appellant, was convicted on several charges stemming from an altercation with his former wife, Jessica A. Longwell. On appeal, Mr. Longwell challenges his conviction for tampering with a victim or witness, arguing that the trial court erred by not granting his motion for judgment of acquittal as to that charge.
