Vicky Pack sued Geico General Insurance Company ("Geico") for injuries suffered following a car collision with an uninsured motorist. The evidence was undisputed that Pack suffered at least a neck sprain as a result of the accident and had medical expenses related to the diagnosis of the sprain.
