In this breach of contract case, the trial court granted summary judgment against Florida Power & Light Company (FP & L) regarding its liability and, after initially entering a judgment awarding the plaintiffs $20,463,910 in damages, the court vacated that portion of its order with respect to damages and granted a new trial as to damages only.
