NORTHCUTT, Judge.

A jury convicted Jesus Perez of arson of a dwelling, § 806.01(1)(a), Fla. Stat. (2009), and burning to defraud an insurer, § 817.233, Fla. Stat. (2009). Perez had moved for judgment of acquittal on both charges. We agree that the evidence in this case was insufficient to prove that Perez set the fire.
