Leonard Jeffers ("the Father") appeals the Amended Final Judgment of Paternity, arguing, among other things, that the trial court impermissibly altered the time-sharing schedule without hearing testimony from both parents. We agree that under the circumstances of this case, the trial court improperly set a time-sharing schedule without considering the Father's evidence because hearing evidence from both parents was necessary to ensure that the decision...
