John Marshall ("Marshall"), seeks a writ of certiorari quashing an order granting Buttonwood Bay Condominium Association, Inc.'s ("Association") motion for a protective order barring Marshall from deposing the Association's Corporate Representative, Board President, and Property Manager (collectively, the "Association's representatives").
