The defendant appeals an order revoking his probation. He argues the trial court erred in revoking his probation because the State failed to prove by competent, substantial evidence that the defendant committed the crime of loitering or prowling, or any other criminal offense, as alleged in the affidavit of violation. We agree and reverse.
