Gulfside Supply, Inc. ("Gulfside") is a roofing supply company that supplied roofing materials to GMT Construction, Inc. ("GMT") and Anderson Roofing ("Anderson Roofing"). The issue in this case is whether GMT and Ronald Smith, an officer of GMT, breached GMT's contract with Gulfside by failing to pay for roofing materials purchased from Gulfside and charged to GMT's account.
