Appellant, Allstate Insurance Company, appeals from a final judgment and raises several issues on appeal. Appellee, Anthony Marotta, cross-appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to tax costs. As to the direct appeal, we write on two issues and find all other issues to be without merit. We reverse the final judgment as we find that the trial court erred in not granting Allstate's motion for new trial based on Marotta's improper closing argument and...
