This appeal arises from a lawsuit brought by the plaintiff Leo Koelzer, a Broward County resident, against Early Auction Company, an Ohio auction house, for negligently representing that a lamp which the plaintiff bid on and purchased was an authentic Tiffany Studios lamp.
