The appellant, Billy Washington, Jr., appeals the denial of his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion for postconviction relief. Washington was indicted for first-degree murder with a firearm and robbery with a firearm after he shot the victim five times during an incident at a restaurant.
