Carlton Lee Jones appeals his sentence, imposed after he pleaded no contest to fleeing or eluding a police officer, resisting an officer without violence, and driving with a suspended license. He argues that the trial court erred in refusing to continue his sentencing hearing after his witnesses failed to attend the hearing.
