Hilda Gira appeals a final judgment in favor of defendants Norma and John Wolfe. The trial court entered judgment after granting the Wolfes' motion to enforce settlement in Gira's negligence action arising from an automobile accident. Because the parties did not reach a binding settlement, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
