("Plaintiff"), a British Virgin Islands company whose principal address is in Cyprus, filed suit against Swanky Apps, LLC ("Swanky"), a New York limited liability company, and Swanky's manager/chief operating officer, Daren Hornig ("Hornig"), a New York resident (collectively, "Defendants").
