125 So.3d 864 (2013)

Jessica TOME, Appellant, v. STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY COMPANY, a corporation, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

April 10, 2013.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Andrew Harris of Burlington & Rockenbach, P.A., West Palm Beach, and Edrick Barnes of Liggio Benrubi , West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Warren B. Kwavnick of Cooney Trybus Kwavnick Peets , Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

DAMOORGIAN, J.
