Neil N. Malamud challenges the trial court's final judgment awarding Jim D. Syprett $179,222.42 as damages in Mr. Syprett's action against Mr. Malamud for unjust enrichment. Mr. Syprett cross-appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in Mr. Malamud's favor on his claim of equitable contribution and in ruling in Mr. Malamud's favor on his claim of equitable subrogation.
