In this workers' compensation case, Keith Elms petitions for certiorari review of an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) denying approval of a retainer agreement between Elms and his attorney, Jeffery Appel. We dismiss the petition because Elms has not established the "irreparable harm" necessary to obtain certiorari relief.
