SO5 501, LLC ("the Buyer") appeals from the trial court's final order granting Metro-Dade Title Co.'s ("the Escrow Agent") motion for judgment on the pleadings on the Buyer's breach of fiduciary duty and gross negligence claims, which were premised on the allegation that the Escrow Agent wrongfully disbursed the Buyer's escrowed deposit funds.
