KHOUZAM, Judge.

Shauna Rae Smith appeals an order granting Fernando Llamas's motion for new trial in this automobile accident case. Because the jury's verdict was not against the manifest weight of the evidence, we reverse and remand for the trial court to reinstate the verdict. We affirm as to the remaining issues without comment.
