Huey Oldham appeals from his judgment and sentence for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He filed a motion to suppress evidence that the trial court denied. He then entered a no contest plea to the charges, reserving his right to appeal the denial of his dispositive motion to suppress.
