Abel Miranda appeals his convictions and sentences for second-degree murder with a firearm and burglary with assault. He raises three issues. Because the State failed to present sufficient evidence upon which the jury could convict Miranda, the trial court reversibly erred in denying Miranda's motion for judgment of acquittal.
