Wayne Martin ("Appellant") was found guilty by a jury of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. Judgment was entered in accordance with the verdict and Appellant was sentenced to a twenty-year mandatory minimum term of imprisonment. On appeal, Appellant argues that the trial court erred by excluding testimony related to self-defense and by denying his request for a jury instruction related to self-defense.
