Clint Edward Bodie, Appellant, challenges an order denying his motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. He argues, in pertinent part, that the trial court erred in denying relief where his attorney failed to advise him concerning a defect in the charging document, which led to his entry of an open "no contest" plea to a crime for which there was no factual basis.
