SUAREZ, J.

Sunshine State Insurance Company ("Sunshine") appeals from a final judgment awarding attorney's fees and costs. We affirm.

This matter arises out of claims filed by Anthony L. Davide ("Davide") pursuant to his insurance policy with Sunshine, for wind damage caused to his Miami home by Hurricane Katrina on August 25, 2005. Following Sunshine's investigation and payment, dispute arose as to reasonable estimated costs of repair, depreciation, etc....
