In this workers' compensation appeal, Claimant challenges the Judge of Compensation Claims' (JCC's) conclusion that the terms of a mediation agreement, whereby the parties agreed to settle Claimant's entitlement to workers' compensation benefits in their entirety, were binding and enforceable, and require Claimant to execute settlement documents.
