The defendant appeals his conviction and sentence for leaving the scene of a crash involving injury. He raises numerous issues. We find merit in his argument that the trial court erred in failing to give two requested special jury instructions. We therefore reverse his conviction and remand the case for a new trial. We further certify the following question to the supreme court as one of great public importance...
