This is an appeal of the circuit court's denial of a motion to withdraw a plea after sentencing filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.170(l). The court held an evidentiary hearing on the motion and resolved credibility issues against appellant. Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm.
