FACTS

Juan Crespo ("Crespo") was employed as an armed security guard by Doyon Security Services ("Doyon") from July 6, 2009 to September 28, 2011. On the day he was discharged, Crespo was an assigned perimeter officer at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") detention facility.
