PER CURIAM.

The State seeks certiorari review of the circuit court order entered on April 23, 2012, which found that Gregory Randel Whitt's name should be removed from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement ("FDLE") Sexual Offender Registry. We find that the court departed from the essential requirements of law and quash the order.
