Appellants raise several challenges to the constitutionality of qualifying fees for unopposed judicial candidates. See § 105.031, Fla. Stat. We reject those arguments. We write to specify that in considering appellants' equal protection claims under the Florida Constitution, we apply the rational basis test. See Adams v. Askew,
