Michael Estrada appeals his conviction and sentence for robbery with a weapon for an incident that occurred on June 19, 2009. After sentencing, Mr. Estrada filed a timely pro se motion to withdraw his plea pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.170(I), which was denied after a hearing at which the prosecutor appeared and Mr. Estrada appeared without representation.
