Appellant challenges his consecutive life sentences imposed in three cases involving three separate criminal episodes. He claims that because he was nineteen at the time of the incidents, the life sentences are unconstitutional as cruel and unusual punishment. He also contends that the court had discretion to sentence him to less than life pursuant to the 10-20-Life statute, section 775.087(2)(d), Florida Statutes, and did not exercise that discretion....
