Luis Gautreaux challenges the denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). Gautreaux pleaded open to six counts of an information. In the motion, which was filed by counsel, he alleged that three of the six counts were scored incorrectly on a Criminal Punishment Code (CPC) scoresheet when they should have been scored on a 1995 sentencing guidelines...
