This is a non-final appeal of the trial court's order transferring venue from Miami-Dade County to Leon County. Castle Beach Club Condominium, Inc. ("Castle Beach") sued Citizens Property Insurance Corp. ("Citizens"), a state entity, for breach of contract and an appraisal in Miami-Dade Circuit Court.
