The State appeals the trial court's order granting Michael Wilburn's motion to suppress. We reverse.

Wilburn was charged with several counts of possession of illegal drugs. Before trial, he filed a motion to suppress the drugs which he argued were illegally seized because the police failed to obtain a search warrant.
