The state appeals from the circuit court's order granting the defendant's motion to suppress cocaine found on the defendant. The state argues that the defendant's flight from the back of a house, immediately after a drug transaction occurred in the front of the house, along with the arresting officer's concern that the defendant was the person who engaged in the drug transaction, established reasonable suspicion to warrant an investigatory stop.
