DAVIS, Judge.
William B. Crist challenges his judgment and forty-eight-month prison sentence entered after he pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance. He specifically reserved the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress, in which he challenged the voluntary nature of his consent to be searched. Because we find that the trial court erred in concluding that Crist's consent to be searched was voluntary, we reverse.
